As some of you may have noticed Zango is a company which blocks access to certain sites which require their software to be installed. I’m sure the software is probably safe but I just don’t want to clog up my PC with rubbish. I found a work around after trying to gain access to a site as I noticed Java running. This gave me an idea.
I turned off all the Java pluggins and I could access the site without installing the software. After gaining access you can turn Java back on. This was the case in Firefox. The way to do it is tools-options-content and then untick Java & Java script. I then researched this and found that people did not have this problem with Safari or Google Chrome as it uses a different engine.
Hope this is useful
